Rental Rates (Canadian $)
Local by-laws restrict residential houses from being rented on a "short-term" vacation rental basis. Therefore the minimum rental period is 1 month
$5000/month for summer months (June - July - August)
$3500/month for shoulder months (May and September)
$2500/month for off season months (November through April)
